SO YOU WANT TO DEMO OUR GAMES:

Thank you for your interest in helping us promote and spread the word about our games. It’s people like you that will make these games successful, and we will do everything to assist you to assist us. As a member of the Minions of Darkness, you will be able to show victims..., uh, I mean other players, the excitement and entertainment that horror can bring.

It’s very important to keep in close contact with us in order to make such a program work. For questions and to apply to be a Minion of Darkness, contact the demo coordinator, Kerry Breitenstein, at kerry@twilightcreationsinc.com or call Twilight Creations, Inc. at 859-442-0598.

GETTING THE DEMOS/EVENTS OFF THE GROUND:

We will give you brief details on how to set-up and run demos/events for our games. This is all common sense, but a formal description is always helpful. The demos should be run in a professional manner as you are a representative of our company. It’s the best way to have people take you seriously.

1. Know the games! It’s important to know the games thoroughly before running demos. The players will be looking at you for answers.
2. Contact the retail store or convention to set up the date, time and location of the event.
3. Make sure that the demo/event is in the best location possible for maximum exposure.
4. Let people know about the event before hand. This can include posters, flyers, event listing on our website, the event’s website, announcements on the mailing lists, etc. We will do what we can to make sure the event is well advertised.
5. Contact our demo coordinator, as listed above, at least 30 days before the event in order to receive proper support. We cannot guarantee support for notifications of less than 30 days in advance.
6. You will be given a form that the store owner or convention staff will need to fill out and return to us after the event. Make sure they are given the form and it is returned or you will not be given credit for the demo/event. You will also be given a form to fill out after the event to insure proper credit. We would much appreciate a snapshot of the event, sent by mail or electronically, so we can show everyone how well things are going.

REAPING THE REWARDS:

As you all are important to us and important to the success of our games, you will earn dollar credits to purchase the Twilight Creations, Inc. products from us as follows:

For Retail Store Demos and Convention Events:

$5 for 1-3 players, $10 for 4-6 players

For Convention Demos When Twilight Creations, Inc. is not in attendance:

$20 per day with at least 3 demos run per day

Along with the dollar credit, you will also receive experience points to be able to increase your “Minion Level.” There are 9 levels of minions. All Minions of Darkness members will start at level 9. The closer to level 1 you get, the more benefits you will receive. Experience points are gained as follows:

Demos:

1-3 players - 100 points

4-6 players - 200 points

Events:

1-6 players - 200 points

7-12 players - 400 points

Over 12 players - 500 points

Minion Levels:

Freak	Level 9	Where all minions start
Creep	Level 8	1,000 points
Fiend	Level 7	1,500 points
Bogeyman	Level 6	2,000 points
Zombie	Level 5	3,000 points
Ghoul	Level 4	4,000 points
Wraith	Level 3	6,000 points
Terror	Level 2	7,500 points
Fallen	Level 1	10,000 points or more

Once you reach the Zombie level, you will receive a special t-shirt as well as a 20% discount on all of our products through us. You will still have to pay shipping though. There is something very “special” for those who become Fallen. We would tell you more, but then we would have to...

To maintain status, you must demo at least once every 2 months and abide by the rules provided above.

For the conventions that we are attending, we will ask for volunteers to demo and run events. Badges and rooms may be provided, depending on the amount of time you volunteer. We will release details as the conventions are planned and will decide who goes with us based on Minion Levels.
