Deck designed by Steve Donohue and published June 20, 2004
What can I say, I've been watching Kung Fu on DVD and it inspired this deck. The goal here is to avoid zombies at all costs and to be ready to move quickly once the Helipad comes out.
Card List:
Adrenaline Rush x 2 All The Marbles x 2 Alternate Food Source x 1 Aww, isn't he cute! x 2 Bad Sense of Direction x 1 Barricade the Door x 2 Did you hear that? x 2 Hey, I got one of those x 2 I could use a drink x 2 I know what you did x 2 I See the Helicopter x 2 I Think It's Over Here x 2 Lots of running and screaming x 2 Much Needed Rest x 2 No Brains Here x 2 Now that's just gross! x 2 Oooooh, what luck! x 2 Skateboard x 2 Sprinkler System x 2 The Keys Are Still In It x1 There You Are! x 2 This Isn't So Bad x 2 What could possibly be behind that door? x 2 You Lookin' at Me? x 2 Why don't we go some place more private? x 2 Cleanup in aisle 5 x 2 Lucky Shot x 1 What are they for?
- Avoid zombies, combat and bad card effects with: You Lookin' at Me?, All The Marbles, Alternate Food Source, Aww, isn't he cute!, Barricade the Door, Cleanup in aisle 5, Did you hear that?, No Brains Here, Sprinkler System, This Isn't So Bad, What could possibly be behind that door?
- Help yourself to some stuff with: Hey, I got one of those, I could use a drink, I Think It's Over Here, Much Needed Rest, Oooooh, what luck!
- Improve your movement with: Adrenaline Rush, Bad Sense of Direction, I know what you did, I See the Helicopter, Lots of running and screaming, Now that's just gross!, Skateboard, The Keys Are Still In It, There You Are!, Why don't we go some place more private?
Strategy
Your plan is to avoid combat as much as possible and then make a beeline for whichever helipad shows up first. You should probably kill a few zombies here and there just to keep your opponents guessing and you definitely shouldn't tell them what you're doing. With any luck, you'll be the one who gets to place the helipad (because you've been avoiding zombies instead of killing them).
Zombies 4 Changes
If you're actually using Z4 tiles, then you have to include Monkeys are Funny (which should probably be restricted in a Z4 custom deck). Rolled up newspaper, Dog Repellent, and Bad Dog, No Biscuit are also great for this theme. That Didn't Just Happen is a great all-purpose card from Z4 and if you've got one, Zombies Yo! can be fun too.
