This deck is designed as a group deck. It doesn't really have a strategy except that it doesn't have any cards that affect your opponent. The idea is to speed up the game by not providing as many "hosers" to stop someone from winning.
That's where the title comes from - I'm Canadian and it's sometimes frustrating to hear about "Americans" when we share a continent. Anyhow, this "no hosers" deck is for all you US Americans.

Strategy
There isn't really a strategy except that if you're using this deck you definitely want to be winning from the first turn because you aren't likely to draw a card that will stop your opponent from beating you if he's on his way to the helipad.
