A SCENARIO BY MOONSYLVER
THE STORY
You grip your shotgun tighter & try to fight down the rising tide of panic that you feel surging inside of you. You're not sure if the nausea you feel in the pit of your stomach is due to the swaying movements of the helicopter or the knowledge of what lies ahead. Anxiously, you glance around at the faces of the choppers other occupants. Is this run really necessary? you hear yourself asking as you wipe at the sweat forming on your brow with the back of a sleeve. Your little groups de facto leader sighs sadly, then growls You know as well as I do, as well as the rest of us do, that we're running low on everything. Weapons, ammo, food, medical supplies, tools, even fuel. ANYTHING that we can find might be the difference between life and death. Death . He shudders. Look, we'll be OK right? A sickly grimace that might be meant as a reassuring smile crosses his features. A quick in, grab as much stuff as we can find, a quick out. What can go wrong?THE SCENARIO
In Supply Run the players take the part of a group of survivors that has landed in an abandoned (well, ALMOST abandoned ) city to search for the supplies necessary for their continued existence. The only obstacle in their search is the very thing that threatens their survival in the first place, the walking hordes of the hungry dead
THE SETUP
- Remove the Helipad & place it on the table as your beginning location. Shuffle the rest of the Map Tile Deck
- You will need some glass beads, pennies, or some other marker to place on locations already searched, & you will want some scrap paper to score supplies found on (see Game Play below for more info)
GAME PLAY
The goal of Supply Run is for players to search various locations looking for the different supplies that will ensure their groups survival & to return to the chopper safely with them. Points are scored for the various types of supplies & quantities found, the player who scores highest wins. The locations, types of supplies that may be found, & point values may be found below. For each of the listed locations that the players enters, roll the appropriate dice to find what amount of each type of listed supplies (if any) the player finds, after they have cleared the location of zombies present.
Once a location has been searched, place a marker on that location. No further supplies may be found there.

- Tools can cover a wide variety of items including camping gear etc.
- Medical Supplies is meant to cover everything from basic first aid supplies on up
- Wanna make a real uber-scenario? Combine this one with my campaign based Sanctuary & you have a scenario where you have to scavenge fuel AND supplies in each town you land in! (Brrrrr .cold chill!)
