A new bug appeared in World of Warcraft that made fan-favorite loot less effective for players who were supposed to win high-quality and rare gear. This is mainly related to Great Vault Shadowlands, a new addition to recent expansions that usually gives players the opportunity to regularly loot powerful ones. For those unfamiliar with new loot pools, the Great Vault is a World of Warcraft place that can be visited once a week to collect powerful loot from a variety of equipment options. Unfortunately, the current issue has left the loot less than expected, but Blizzard developers have addressed this bug and are currently working on a fix. A particular problem that players are currently facing is that the available items listed are slightly lower than expected when performing tasks and activities that the Great Vault must set up to reward the highest tier equipment. This means that the cumulative value of completing daily and weekly quests or jumping into World of Warcraft dungeons will decrease slightly until the issue is resolved. Fortunately for players concerned about the lack of higher tier equipment, Blizzard specifically commented on the issue and suggested how to proceed until the bug was resolved. According to the Kaivax community manager, Blizzard is fully aware of this bug in Great Vault, and while the developers haven't been able to solve the problem, it is a top priority. For now, players are advised not to receive their Great Vault Rewards until the issue is resolved and Blizzard releases a new World of Warcraft patch to recover loot. Unfortunately, there's no news about when a fix will come or whether additional rewards will be awarded if the problem persists after the next weekly reset. As for the main issue, it's the type that can be frustrating for many players, but isn't broken enough to make someone put the game aside until it's resolved. However, completing the necessary activities for some powerful institutions can certainly be a mood killer, only to find that a secure reformulation like the Great Vault doesn't really pay off. Obviously, Blizzard's experience fixing this type of bug in World of Warcraft should ensure that players fix it right away, especially since it's a top priority right now.
